A conversational card contains a graphic or video and text that engage the twitter user, as well as a call-to-action button that pushes a customizable hashtag that can drive retweets, likes and follows by appearing to the user’s followers in their timeline. SnapChat is currently the fastest growing social media app, with 41% of all 18-34 year-olds using the apps on a daily basis. It boasts a 5 times higher CTR (in this case viewers “swipe up”) than other sites. When viewers swipe up, they get access to longer content, such as a video, articles or links to the company website.

Currently, SnapChat offers three different types of ads: Snap Ads that pop up while you are watching a story or event. You can tap and skip, or swipe up to watch. Geofilter ads are targeted depending on your event. Geofilters are a great way to serve up ads at specific locations, such as a college campus. The third type of ad is called lenses, which gives users the ability to add goofy backgrounds to their selfies. Advertisers can serve up silly lenses targeted by the user’s geofilters.
