Yes, we’ll work with you to decide not only who in your company should see reports, but also how often, and what data they can access. Your chosen employees can also be included in strategy sessions in which we go through the data and what it means.
Once we set up reporting, we are able to pull data from any time period going forward.
Most reports are available 24/7. We can set up reports to be emailed to you on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), and follow up with a strategy call.
You will receive a link to your online dashboard, where reports can be exported in several formats, including .csv and pdf. Narrative reports will be sent to you via email, and we are always available to address any questions you may have.
