Hubspot INBOUND 2016: Top 4 Events & Features
INBOUND 2016 is fast approaching, and the Nowspeed team is preparing for HubSpot’s biggest event of the year. With over 14,000 marketing and sales professionals attending, this year’s INBOUND is expected to be the biggest one yet. Featured speakers at the conference include actors Anna Kendrick and Alec Baldwin, athletes Serena Williams and Michael Strahan, and Hubspot co-founders Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah. Here are a few of the events and features we are looking forward to most at INBOUND 2016:
Get your business cards ready because INBOUND 2016 is the perfect opportunity to network. From Club INBOUND and INBOUND Rocks to the food truck style lunch, INBOUND 2016 provides attendees with numerous occasions to network with other professionals. In between spotlight speakers and breakout sessions, the Nowspeed team will be sure to visit Club INBOUND to learn and watch innovative demos from our peers.
The INBOUND Pitch-Off
This year INBOUND is putting a spotlight on five of the nation’s most promising startup businesses to show judges how their companies are revolutionizing the world. Unlike any other event at the conference, the INBOUND Pitch-Off will allow attendees to watch the five semi-finalists pitch their business for a chance to win a grand prize worth over 30K. Among the panel of judges are startup experts Paul English, co-founder of Kayak and founder of Lola, and Neil Blumenthal, co-founder and CEO of Warby Parker.
Much like ABC’s popular television show Shark Tank, this event will draw in guests from a variety of industries to learn about these innovative new products and services and their implications on inbound sales and marketing. This event gives HubSpot an opportunity to show their support for the numerous startups they work with, as well as promote their discounted HubSpot for Startups for those who might not be taking advantage of the program.
The INBOUND 2016 App
With a location as large as the BCEC, the INBOUND 2016 app will be a great tool to navigate the venue and ensure you can get to where you need to be throughout the day. Although the 2016 app will not be released until Monday November 7th, the team at INBOUND said it will resemble the IINBOUND 2015 app. If so, we can expect it to incorporate an insider’s guide, venue map, social media streams, and the attendee’s schedule. Since social media sharing is a huge part of INBOUND 2016, the in app social streams are a great way to encourage attendees to stay connected via social platforms. It also gives attendees the opportunity to filter their feeds for INBOUND content and check out what’s going on at every corner of the event.
INBOUND Video Recordings
With an overlapping line-up of spotlight speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, it will be hard not to experience FOMO (fear of missing out).
